Trail Flask

Insulated, sealed, and quiet in a pack.

Why it exists

The two failures that end a flask's life are a leaking lid and a rattle. Both are lid problems, and both are solvable.

The problem

Most flasks are sold on hold times and finished with a lid that loosens on a bumpy road. Insulation is rarely the reason a flask gets replaced.

The solution

Double-wall insulation with a lid engineered as the primary component, sealed against pressure and shaped to be opened with one cold hand.

Details

Built around three decisions.

  • Lid designed first, sealed against pressure change
  • Wide mouth for ice and for cleaning
  • Powder finish that grips when wet

Materials

Double-wall stainless steel, food-grade silicone seal, powder-coated exterior.

How it works

The vacuum layer holds temperature; the seal holds the contents. Both matter, but only one of them ruins a bag when it fails.
