Dry Roll
Keeps the important things dry when the weekend does not cooperate.
Why it exists
In a monsoon climate, waterproofing is not an expedition feature. It is a bus-roof, boat-deck, sudden-downpour feature.
The problem
Full dry bags are bulky and mostly empty. What usually needs protecting is small: a phone, documents, a change of clothes, a power bank.
The solution
A compact roll-top designed for the small essentials, sized to slide inside a daypack rather than replace it.
Details
Built around three decisions.
- Roll-top closure with a welded seam
- Sized to fit inside a daypack, not instead of one
- Light enough to carry on the chance of rain
Materials
Welded-seam coated fabric with a roll-top closure and a corrosion-resistant buckle.
How it works
Three folds of the top and a buckle create the seal. Air trapped inside adds buoyancy, which matters more on water than most buyers expect.
