Tempered Glass

Screen protection that goes on straight the first time.

Why it exists

Most screen protectors are technically fine and practically miserable. The glass is not usually the problem. The five minutes of alignment and trapped dust are.

The problem

Freehand application means bubbles, a crooked edge, or a piece of lint that becomes a permanent rainbow in the corner of the screen. Most people accept a bad result because reapplying costs another protector.

The solution

Tempered glass supplied with a rigid alignment frame that sets position before the adhesive touches the screen, plus the wipes and dust stickers needed to prepare the surface properly.

Details

Built around three decisions.

  • Alignment frame positions the glass before contact
  • Oleophobic coating so fingerprints wipe rather than smear
  • Edge profile that sits under a case instead of lifting against it

Materials

Tempered glass with a silicone adhesive layer and an oleophobic top coat.

How it works

The frame holds the glass over the screen at the exact offset. You lower it once, the adhesive spreads outward from the centre, and the bubbles that would normally need chasing never form.
